We completely understand that sometimes you might change your mind! We can accept cancellations within a 2-hour window immediately following your purchase. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel or refund an order after this 2-hour period as it will already be locked in for production. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@urbangigi.com and include your order number.

All Urban Gigi cases are made-to-order, meaning we custom-print your case just for you! Our production time is typically 2-3 business days.

Once your case is produced, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 2 - 3 business days
• USA (Standard): 2 - 5 business days
• Germany: 2 - 5 business days
• Australia: 3 - 6 business days
• European Countries (Rest of Europe): 5 - 10 business days
• New Zealand: 5 - 10 business days
• Canada: 5 - 15 business days
• Asian Countries: 5 - 15 business days

Please Note: These dates are estimates. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Due to our on-demand production model, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items, including cases related to change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect sizing/model selection made by the customer. Refunds and replacements are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
